Radiccio Server
Take your Mac music collection with you wherever you go
Works with OpenSubsonic players
OpenSubsonic is the community-developed standard that is quickly becoming the most popular way to listen to your personal music collection across devices.
There are dozens of player apps available, so you can find one that fits your needs. Search for “OpenSubsonic” apps, on iPhone or any other platform. Or check out our friends.
Easy one-click setup
Having a personal music server doesn’t need to be so hard. With Radiccio Server, you don’t have to use the terminal or edit any config files.
Simply visit settings and click the checkbox to enable. This is Mac software the way it should be.
Connect automatically with Bonjour
When you’re using another Mac with Radiccio on the same LAN as your server, the server appears automatically in the sidebar. Simply click it and start listening. We weren’t kidding when we said “easy”.
Even Macs with the free version of Radiccio can join in the fun by connecting anonymously. Sounds like the party’s at your place tonight.
Take it further with Tailscale
There’s a whole world out there – your music shouldn’t be stuck at home.
Tailscale is the free1, secure, and easy way to extend your LAN outside of your home. And it works great with Radiccio.
Simply install Tailscale on your devices, and then they can connect to each other no matter where in the world they are.
Of course, Radiccio works with other mesh VPNs too – the choice is yours.
Who needs the cloud? You can be your own cloud.
Cloud services can be expensive, are not always reliable, and may be subject to the changing whims of tech companies and music publishers.
When you have a personal music server, you’re in control. Organize and curate your music collection just the way you want it, and rest easy knowing it will always be there for you.
Radiccio Server is built-in to Radiccio. Enable it in app settings.
